The jewel of Europe

Founded by Tsar Peter the Great in the 18th century is located along the Neva River, was originally the capital of the Russian Empire until it changes its headquarters to neighboring Moscow.

What most distinguishes this city are its long channels, its classical architecture and buildings that still retain the grandeur of this imperial legacy.

St. Petersburg, Russia, is perhaps one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, but is almost the end of the world is worth it to enjoy this place that seems designed by a sculptor.

Places must be compelled to visit the museum Le Hermitage, the Mariinsky Theater where you can enjoy the best of Russian opera and ballet, or simply stroll along its main avenue, Nevsky Prospekt, where you can enjoy the beauty of mansions and palaces which lie on either side of the avenue.

A sample of the beauty of this city is captured in the film's director Alexander Sukurov, Russian Ark, which was filmed in the same
Le Hermitage Museum.
